產品概述：
本產品適應南網要求的不銹鋼外殼而開發的全密封機構，因使用環境對產品可靠性的影響，如凝露、沿海腐蝕環境等對電鍍件、電氣元件的性能影響很大，嚴重降低產品使用周期，經常需要去維護保養，對智能化自動化的推廣起到制約作用。所以一款能防水，且體積小，功能齊全，經濟型比較高的機構來達到防凝露、防水、防腐蝕功能要求的操動機構，即防護等級要求IP67。
本產品通過外殼與底板將機構封裝在里面，機構高度控制在260mm以下，操作、指示、按鈕等通過密封圈伸出外殼，電氣元件等通過航空插座將點位引出，以此來達到TP65密封要求。特殊處理后可做到IP67密封要求，適用于防凝露、防腐蝕等特殊環境場合使用。
